Semanas cansadas en el embarazo

¡Llegamos a las 32 semanas de embarazo! Solo puedo empezar este post diciendo lo cansada que estoy en estas semanas de embarazo. Entre el trabajo, la casa y la tienda, hay días que siento que no puedo más. La barriga empieza a pesar (bastante) y la noto más bajita, así que cada vez más me cuesta moverme con desenvoltura. Cuando me levanto del sofá o de la cama soy como un pato, más que andar, me meneo de lado a lado hasta que voy cogiendo el equilibrio. 

Tengo que descansar más y esta semana lo voy a conseguir porque ¡dejo de ir a la oficina! No tengo tanta suerte de coger la baja, más bien me voy al paro, pero bueno, al menos estaré en casa, trabajando en la tienda cuando pueda y preparando todo lo que me falta (es decir, todo) para la llegada de Manuel. 

32 SEMANAS DE EMBARAZO ¿QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO?

  • En esta semana de embarazo el bebé debe rondar los dos kilos. Ya sabes que lo del peso es muy relativo, así que si pesa más o menos pero el médico te dice que todo va bien, todo va bien.
  • Ya mide unos 43 centímetros desde la cabecita hasta los talones.
  • A partir de esta semana el bebé empezará a coger peso para poder sobrevivir fuera del útero. Yo espero que no coja mucho mucho más, porque si no para sacarlo… En fin, Manuel, te querré aunque vengas gordito y te cueste salir.
  • Aunque hay menos espacio para que se mueva, seguirá haciéndolo igual y buscando rincones para dar sus pataditas.
  • Y una semana más, ya es hora de que se vayan colocando. Cada vez tienen menos espacio y les costará más. Así que todos los niños vagos, a ponerse las pilas ;) ¡Que habéis tenido tiempo en las 32 semanas de embarazo que llevamos!

Esta semana he estado un poco floji y seguramente lo transmita a través de este post. Sigo contentísima con el embarazo, claro, pero hay días que me cuesta muchísimo seguir el ritmo. Noches que no duermo nada, apenas un par de horas, y al cabo de dos días no puedo levantarme del sueño. Yo siempre he sido muy organizada, necesito tenerlo todo bajo control y este estado me está haciéndome dar cuenta de que no lo puedo controlar todo. 

Ahora mismo, Manuel es el rey de la casa (sin haber llegado siquiera) y nos movemos según lo que mi cuerpo necesite. Es una tontería y sé que hay problemas mayores, pero ha sido como un golpe(cito) darme cuenta de que mi vida ha cambiado al 100%, que lo que hasta ahora yo controlaba, yo decidía, va a cambiar. Supongo que es normal y necesario para ir preparándome para la llegada del bebé. Porque eso sí tengo claro; cuando él llegue, mi vida girará entorno a la de él. ¡Lo que no sabía es que pasaría mientras estuviese en la panza!

  1. Por fin!!! Ahora a descansar. Ya verás que bien te sienta no tener que ir a la oficina. La verdad es que a mi también me pasó, por la semana 35 o 36 que no podía ni con mi alma y fue cuando empecé a darme cuenta de que no tenía casi nada bajo control (soy una controladora compulsiva con mi vida!! jajajaja) y sentirme así no me gustó, pero me preparó para la llegada de la enana. Que te deja tu mundo patas arriba y te das cuenta de que lo demás, ya no importa :)

    1. Pues así me siento yo ahora mismo… Yo que siempre lo llevaba todo al día, bueno, a la hora casi… Me encuentro que ahora duermo cuando el enano quiere, como cuando me apetece y muchos días no puedo ni con mi alma. ¡Me tengo que empezar a acostumbrar! :) ¡Un abrazo!
