Relax en el embarazo ¡Y que bien sienta!

Y aquí estamos. Con 34 semanas de embarazo y relajada no, relajadísima. La verdad es que, igual que la semana pasada estuve muy quejica, esta semana la he pasado muy bien, descansando y tomándome las cosas de otra manera. ¿El motivo? Por fin estoy de baja. O más bien, en el paro. Se me acabó el contrato y aunque el jefe me dijo de renovarme un mes más, yo ya no podía. Más que síntomas físicos era la necesidad de estar tranquila, de sentir que estaba disfrutando del embarazo. ¡Y vaya si lo estoy empezando a disfrutar!

34 SEMANAS DE EMBARAZO ¿QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO?

Inciso: si haces click arriba en el título, te llevará a la página de Babycenter que es desde donde yo he cogido los datos hasta ahora. Pero como veo que ya no tienen mucho que ver conmigo, a partir de ahora voy a poner solo lo que me corresponda a mi, tipo diario. Así comparamos con datos verdaderos.

  • El bebé empieza a colocarse para nacer. Y lo noto perfectamente. Me duele muchísimo al andar en la parte baja de la barriga, aunque no es un dolor doloroso, más bien es como esos dolores que molestan pero se hacen llevaderos. Que bien me explico…
  • Sigo con mi hinchazón de manos y pies. Me he hecho hasta fotos porque no es normal. Los pies es todo el día y las manos solo cuando me levanto o me llevo mucho tiempo parada. Para que te hagas una idea, cuando me levanto no puedo ni cerrar los dedos de lo gordis que los tengo.
  • El pelo empieza a parecer un pelo de embarazada. ¿Te acuerdas cuando te expliqué que mi pelo había ido a peor? Pues esta semana, tarde pero aceptable, empiezo a notar que el pelo ya no se cae y tiene un brillo especial. Aunque no haya sido todo el embarazo, acepto todo lo bueno que venga.
  • Barriga. Todo el mundo me dice que la tengo más baja y yo también lo noto. Más que nada porque se apoya en las piernas… 

Y por todo lo demás sigo igual: comiendo muchísimo, con ganas de dulce cada día más, de guarrerías que solo me engordan, nada de comida sana… ¡PERO! He empezado a caminar. Casi cada día intento salir un ratito. Y aunque voy de lado a lado, luego me siento mejor cuando me hincho a comer.

Y este es mi resumen de mis 34 semanas de embarazo. ¡Ah! Mañana martes tengo cita con la comadrona y el ginecólogo. Tengo muchísimas ganas de volver a ver a Manuel y que me diga como sigue. Y sobre todo de verle esa carita de gordi.

  1. Disfruta ahora de lo que queda de embarazo. Yo hoy entro en la semana 36 y de momento lo llevo bien, aunque cierto es que cada vez me cuesta caminar más, sobretodo si hago caminatas largas, ya que llega un momento en que la pesadez en la barriga me impide hasta caminar.
    Tema comida yo estas últimas semanas las llevo un poco peor, porque aunque intento controlarme cierto es que soy muy golosa y si me apetece para merendar un donut me lo como…de hay será cuando después del parto me arrepienta de los quilos de más. Ahora llevo 13 kilos…pero me quedan 4 semanas y ya me asusto.

    1. Erika, mañana me pesan en la comadrona y ya estoy sufriendo. Además yo creo que disfruta cuando ve que he subido tanto jiji. Hace un mes iba por los 15 kg… Luego en dos días los perdemos, ya verás ;) ¡Un abrazo!

    1. Yo creo que he estado más preocupada por paranoias que por disfrutar. Y es ahora, cuando ya casi puede nacer cuando quiera que estoy disfrutando de mi estado. Bueno, si todo va bien, aún quedan cinco semanas para que nazca :) ¡Un abrazo!

    Se nota que vas llegando a la recta final y encima con Manuel que parece grandecito, todo te tiene que costar mucho más!

  3. Bueno, pues mañana tenemos tanda doble de doctores las dos! Yo también tengo consulta!

    Los síntomas de pesadez y el dolor de pelvis es normal. A mi me pasó aunque en mi caso no se ha colocado bien: sigue de culo y constato que de culo pesan y hacen la misma presión en la pelvis que de cabeza. Lo dicho: soy una nuez de California U__U.

    Con la hinchazón haz ejercicios circulatorios!!! Rotaciones de tobillos, piernas en alto, duchas frías… Es que si no, en dos semanas más no vas a poder ni andar! Y mañana se lo enseñas al médico.

  4. Espero que la visita a la comadrona y al gine hayan ido genial! Coméntale lo de la hinchazón en los pies y manos para que lo vean. Recuerdo que durante el último trimestre mi matrona no hacía más que preguntarme si se me hinchaban los pies y que tuviese cuidado con ello. Por suerte yo me libré de esas cosas.
    En mi caso los últimos meses fueron los peores…el dolor de espalda era horrible!! y la pesadez de la tripa igual (ahora entiendo el por qué hihi) Me alegro de que la tripa esté más baja. La mía estuvo alta en todo momento porque el bichillo no se colocaba del todo y no veas lo que costó sacarle de ahí dentro por ese motivo…
    Ya no te queda nada!! Un besote!

    1. Para la hinchazón pues baños de agua fría-caliente y listo. No hay proteínas en la orina ni tengo la tensión alta, así que soy ese tanto por ciento que se hincha a última hora jeje. ¡Muchas gracias por preocuparte! :) ¡Un abrazo!
