Helado de yogur casero, rico y bajo en calorías

Abrimos la sección de recetas con una que a mi me encanta y que me gustaría consumir menos. Pero somos así, un poquito gordis, por lo que para intentar ingerir las menos calorías posibles ¡nos hemos propuesto hacer nuestro propio helado!

Me inspiré para esta receta en una parecida de Eva Arguiñano. He cambiado los ingredientes por unos bajos en calorías para que engorde lo menos posible. ¡Este verano ya podemos hincharnos a helado! Allá vamos:

Ingredientes para cuatro personas

  • 125 ml de nata
  • 3 yogures naturales
  • 2 cucharadas de leche condensada
  • mermelada

* La receta era para seis personas y yo la adapté para cuatro.

Preparación

1. Montamos la nata con una batidora de varillas. Yo he probado a montar la nata con un tenedor de toda la vida y se puede hacer, pero tardas muchísimo más y el sabor es más o menos igual. Así que si tienes varillas, a utilizarlas. Cuando acabes quedará algo así.

2. En otro bol pones los yogures y los bates junto con la leche condensada. Personalmente le puse yogur con trocitos de chocolate, para darle algo más de sabor. Aquí al gusto del consumidor… si quieres de chocolate, o de fresa o de limón, adelante.

3. A la mezcla de yogures y leche condensada, añade la nata con movimientos suaves. Se trata de que la nata aguante la textura lo máximo posible y que el helado quedé cremoso. Yo pequé de hacerlo muy rápido y a la hora de comer el helado se nota. Así que despacito y con mucha paciencia.

4. Vertemos todo en un bol de cristal y tapamos con film transparente. Es importante que el film toque la crema. Así es como quedaría.

5. Y el último paso es meterlo en el congelador unas cinco horas para que se congele bien. En cuanto veas que ya está helado, lo sacas unos minutos antes para que coja un buen punto, ¡y listo!

Como tampoco es plan de perder muchos kilos el primer día, le he puesto un poquito de mermelada para darle más sabor.
