¿Estoy embarazada? ¿Seguro?

Hoy te quiero explicar que pasa en tu cuerpo durante el primer mes de embarazo. Como sabes, estoy embarazada de 25 semanas y ahora mismo el embarazo llena por completo mi vida. Sí, me gusta hablar de él. Y me encanta investigar, aprender… Como educadora infantil, siempre me había centrado en aprender sobre bebés ya nacidos y es ahora cuando me estoy volviendo loca con esta etapa nueva ¡Hay tanto por descubrir! Y me parece todo muy interesante, todo lo que pasa dentro de nuestro cuerpo durante estos nueve meses y que nos cambia la vida.

Primer mes de embarazo

Así que aquí empiezan nueve entradas para estos nueve meses, que no serán solo eso; tengo pensado ir actualizando cada entrada con nuevos datos que vaya leyendo y aprendiendo y, sobre todo, con todo lo que me va pasando a mi personalmente. ¿Empezamos?

PRIMER MES DE EMBARAZO

En el primer mes es muy difícil que la propia embarazada sepa que ya tiene algo por ahí revoloteando y que se convertirá en un pequeñín o pequeñina. Aunque las que vamos buscando el embarazo es muy probable que estemos a todas horas buscando síntomas, el test suele hacerse una vez han pasado unos días desde la primera falta. No todas aguantamos y es ahí cuando nos podemos llevar la primera desilusión. Hacer el test muy rápido, aunque ya estemos embarazadas, puede suponer un falso negativo.

¿QUÉ PASA EN MI CUERPO DURANTE MI PRIMER MES DE EMBARAZO?

  • Ausencia de regla. Cuando no buscamos al bebé, la esperamos cada mes con más o menos ansia, pero en el momento en que decidimos tener un enano no la queremos ni en pintura.
  • Crecen los pechos. Personalmente, es lo primero que noté. Un dolor que no es dolor, más bien como si estuvieran entumecidos y un aumento progresivo. En el primer mes no van a aumentar una talla, pero las mujeres nos notamos seguro ese leve aumento.
  • La placenta y el cordón umbilical empiezan a formarse. Esto tu no lo puedes notar, pero en el momento de la concepción, todo tu cuerpo se empieza a preparar.
  • Cansancio. Durante el primer trimestre es normal que notes más cansancio de lo normal y tengas ganas de dormir en cualquier lado. Esto es debido a que tu cuerpo se está preparando y utiliza más energía de lo común.
  • Sentido del olfato alterado. Puedes notar los olores desagradables de forma más intensa o que simplemente el olor a jabón te moleste. Leí que esto es debido a que hace millones de años la mujer (y el hombre, por supuesto) se guiaba por los olores para alimentarse y que este sentido se desarrollaba aún más cuando estaba embarazada para evitar comer algo en mal estado. Visto así, tiene mucho sentido.

Mi sentido del olfato no es que estuviera alterado…es que era una cosa mala, hasta prácticamente el quinto mes de embarazo tuve que comer sola solita en el salón sin oler naaaaaada de comida de nadie…era subier por el ascensor y oler lo que cocinaban los vecinos y literalmente vomitar….era una cosa mala lo de mi olfato…en el trabajo era un espectáculo, le tenía prohibido a mi pobre y santo compañero de despacho comer nada de nada no fuese a ser que lo oliera…

    1. Te entiendo perfectamente. A mi se me plantó que la lavadora no funcionaba bien, que la ropa olía mal. ¡Hasta la limpié entera! Luego poquito a poco se pasa y te preguntas como se pudo alterar tanto ese sentido. ¡Un besito! ¡Feliz viernes!

  2. En este embarazo caí en el síntoma de hacerte el test demasiado pronto. Pero en mi defensa diré que fue por una buena causa. Yo SABÍA que estaba embarazada (misma sensación que tuve en el primer embarazo) y tenía un principio de migraña (con su medicamento prohibido y tal) y además, tenía una cita en el centro y había que coger la moto. Me hice el test (de alta sensibilidad) para ver si podía tomarme la medicina y coger la moto. Resultado: blanco nuclear. Yo toda chof y yéndome al centro en moto (y chutada) con la lagrimilla asomándo. 4 días después, sospechosa ausencia de regla. Repito el test y… ahí estaban las dos rayitas.

    El olfato siempre lo he tenido megadesarrollado y con el embarazo algo noté pero no tanto en olores agradables que se vuelven desagradables si no en intensidad. Y el cansancio y el dolor de pechos también pero vamos, como con el síndrome premenstrual.

    1. Lo del test que sale negativo… Me hice tres porque yo también tenía la intuición y los tres negativos… Y fue hacerme el análisis de sangre y ahí sí que salió bien clarito. Pero la pena con el test negativo no te la quita nadie. Que curioso que tengamos esa intuición ¿verdad? ¡Feliz viernes! ¡Un abrazo!

  3. Pues yo no noté casi nada,ni pechos,ni olores intensos,ni ascos… un poco de mareo y cansancio pero por mi trabajo y mi tension normalmente baja lo achacaba a algo normal y eso que lo estabamos buscando. Pero vamos, que yo tan pichi! :) cuidate mucho! Y enhorabuena!

  4. Sí, el olfato se altera y el gusto también!!! Aborreces cosas que adorabas y comes otras que no te gustaban!! Yo en los pechos, el aumento igual no pero en mi primer embarazo, incluso antes de saberlo, me dolían mucho los pechos. Lo atribuí a sintomás premenstruales, pero no…Ahí estaban las hormonas haciendo de las suyas ;-)

    1. Los pechos es como algo que no podemos evitar (ni queremos jeje). Yo la comida la llevo bien, quitando que bebo más zumo ahora que en toda mi vida, por el resto ni ascos ni antojos (muy) raros. ¡Un abrazo!
